Trains on Metra's Union Pacific lines ware being delayed by as much as an hour late this afternoon because of computer signal problems.
Commuters on all three Union Pacific lines--West, North and Northwest--should expect delays of at least a half-hour this evening, said Metra spokeswoman Meg Reile.
A computer outage caused signal problems near the Ogilvie Transportation Center, and while the outage was fixed a little before 5 p.m., because it happened during rush hour, trains are delayed getting into and out of the station, Reile said.
