Erin Fitzgerald continued her sizzling scoring as the fourth-ranked Northwestern lacrosse team beat Harvard 16-3 Saturday in Evanston.
A single-game career high six goals Saturday gave the senior from Mount Sinai, N.Y., 21 goals in the past four games.
The Northwestern (7-1) defense allowed its fewest goals since May 5, 2011, when it held Penn State to three in the first round of the American Lacrosse Conference Tournament.
The Wildcats outshot winless (0-4) Harvard 38-11.
