Metra is reporting delays this morning on the Union Pacific Northwest Line because of manpower problems.
Train 602 was delayed about 16 minutes and Train 606, scheduled to arrive in Chicago at 7:02, was running about 40 minutes late, according to Metra's website.
The delays were caused by undisclosed "manpower issues," according to the website.
