How long have you played water polo?
Three years. I started playing my freshman year.
What do you love most about water polo?
The competitive and fast-paced game play.
What are your goals for this season? How will you achieve them?
To get the team record in saves for a season while improving my skills as a goalie. As a team, one of our goals is to advance past the first round of the sectional tournament. Another goal of our team is to improve our record from last year.
What are you looking forward to most this season?
Competing in the sectional tournament.
Who has inspired you most in your athletic endeavors?
My parents have supported me through everything and encouraged me to get involved in the sports that I enjoy today.
If you didn’t play water polo, what would you be doing?
Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Michael Phelps because I understand the hard work and dedication that it would take to reach that level in swimming.
What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside water polo?
Swimming competitively, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and boating.
