Chicago police and firefighters on the scene of an accident involving three taxicabs this afternoon outside the Intercontinental Hotel in the northbound lanes of North Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Three people were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital this afternoon following a crash involving three taxis on Michigan Avenue.
The crash happened about 2:30 p.m. on the 500 block of North Michigan Avenue, according to Chicago Fire Department officials.
The three injured people were hospitalized with non life-threatening threatening injuries, officials said.
It was not clear if the injured were drivers or passengers of the taxis.
As of 3 p.m., there was no immediate information available from police about the accident.
