'The Kids in the Hall'

The word: Often considered the Canadian alternative to "Saturday Night Live," "The Kids in the Hall" sketch comedy show was central to the 1980s and '90s alternative comedy scene, and are considered pioneers in absurdist comedy, getting favorable comparisons to Monty Python. Now the troupe, featuring comedians Dave Foley, Kevin McDonald, Bruce McCulloch, Mark McKinney and Scott Thompson, is back with a touring show.

'World Tour'

The word: "X Factor" judge and former Disney star Lovato has had one of the most successful transitions from teen stardom to an adult musical career. Lovato has released four albums, which have each gone gold, and her single, "Give Your Heart a Break," reached number one on the Billboard pop chart.

'Edge of Tomorrow'

The word: Tom Cruise's new film is basically a retelling of "Groundhog Day" by way of Robert Heinlein's "Starship Troopers." Cruise plays a military man who is thrust into a war against a race of vicious aliens. During a battle, he is exposed to alien goop and killed. Due to his exposure, he then begins to relive the day of the battle, dying only to reawaken that same morning. Together with a special forces soldier, played by Emily Blunt, Cruise has to train to survive the day and turn the tide of the war.
