Renovations completed at Bel Air Town Center

Developers have completed $1 million in renovations to Bel Air Town Center that include new facades, lighting, signage and outdoor restaurant seating. The 93,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at Route 1 and Route 24 has wider sidewalks, new awnings and additional landscaping. The center, owned by Christopher Kurz and Peter McGill of McGill Development Limited Partnership No. 3, was built in 1990 and expanded in 1998 and 2001. Starbuck's has signed a letter of intent to open its first drive-through-only location in Maryland at the center with a walk-up window and exterior seating.
