Don't expect the old Superfresh store in Elkridge to be vacant long.
The owners of the Elkridge Corners Shopping Center say they have at least two grocery stores interested in the 40,000 square-foot space.
"I can't tell you much because we don't have anything signed but ... for the past couple of months we've been marketing the space to various grocers and even other users," Regency Centers leasing agent Jack deVilliers said, adding that he is confident a deal will be brokered soon.
