Harry Potter boosts Comcast performance in second quarter earnings

Second-quarter revenue and operating cash flow at Universal theme parks soared by double digits compared with the previous year, parent company Comcast Corp. reported Thursday. Theme park revenue increased 25.7 percent to $773 million. The numbers reflected higher attendance and per-capita spending, driven by The Wizarding World of Harry Potter -- Diagon Alley, which opened last year at Universal Studios Florida.
