Northrop Grumman Corp. won a $207 million contract from the U.S. Marine Corps to produce a mobile ground radar system, the first of what could be a series of agreements worth more than $2 billion. Much of the work on the new program will be performed at the defense contractor's massive facility near Baltimore-Washington International Airport, where it employs about 6,500 workers.
