Whole Foods Market plans to offer dozens of new kosher and Passover products this month.
New items offered by Kedem Food Products, a Bayonne, N.J.-based manufacturer and distributor, include the first-ever Kosher for Passover fair trade coffee; salted, chocolate-drizzled coconut macaroons; and ancient grain matzo.
Kedem offers natural and organic kosher foods and has been a Whole Foods distributor for about 10 years. The line-up of Kosher for Passover products will be available at select Whole Foods stores starting this month.
