Second Chance Saloon, located in the Oakland Mills Village Center in Columbia, is in danger of closing because it hasn't re-signed a lease for the new year.
"We are trying to get a new lease," said Wendy Binder, co-owner of Second Chance. "We are committed to the community."
Officials from Cedar Realty Trust, who own the village center, could not be immediately reached for comment on Thursday.
Second Chance, located next to the Other Barn, opened in December 2008 and replaced Last Chance Saloon, a longtime bar and restaurant that closed in 2004.
