John Fogerty plays well with others

John Fogerty has always been his own man, as you can tell by his songs. So it follows that for his latest album, the 68-year-old did it his way. He sought the exact people he wanted to work with, and re-created songs he made famous while leading Creedence Clearwater Revival. Fogerty, who will perform Tuesday at Hard Rock Live, released the result, "Wrote a Song for Everyone," on May 28. It landed at No. 3 on Billboard, making it the highest-debuting album of his career.
