That’s the word that summed up Thursday’s season opening girls lacrosse games. “It is freezing,” said Marriotts Ridge’s Taylor Hensh after her team defeated Atholton, 19-2, on a blustery afternoon that easily resembled late-fall football weather. The game began with a moment of silence in respect of the Seton Hill University women’s lacrosse, which lost its coach, Kristina Quigley, in a bus accident that occurred en route to a game March 16.
