The big winner emerging from Thursday night's first Republican presidential debate? Fox News. Sure, John Kasich, Marco Rubio and Chris Christie handled questions especially well, but the three people who were asking those questions -- Megan Kelly, Chris Wallace and Bret Baier -- are the ones who made it the most lively debate exchange in years.
