Glimpsed at the Walters Enthusiasts happy hour: Frank Riley
Frank Riley, 44, is not one to blend into a crowd, like that at the Center Club for the Walters Enthusiasts happy hour. The Linthicum Heights resident was ablaze in a multi-color Coogi knit vest - which was a gift - with red twill slacks from JC Penney and a black microsuede shirt he'd gotten years ago at Hecht's. His black lace-up demi-boots are longtime wardrobe residents. The NFM, Inc. compliance specialist says his style is often "updated 1930s and 40s." Riley says he's always dressed up or looking preppy, with some 200 to 300 ties to choose from. In fact, he doesn't even own a t-shirt. "But, I do have 5 tuxedos - tails, waistcoat, white dinner jacket, black velvet and white velvet with pinstripes."
