RENTON, Wash. (AP) —Seahawks center Chris Spencer is out at least a month for a torn thigh muscle.
Coach Jim Mora told Seattle radio station KJR on Monday morning that Spencer tore the quadriceps muscle in his left leg and will 'absolutely' miss at least the first two regular season games.
