For the sixth month in a row, no Aberdeen flights were canceled in October by SkyWest. Six of its scheduled 140 commercial flights between Aberdeen and the Twin Cities departed more than 15 minutes late.
Eighteen flights - nine round-trip flights - were added in October because of pheasant season.
SkyWest normally serves Aberdeen with two round-trip flights a day to Minneapolis.
The American News tracks local commercial air service using the federal 15-minute late departure rule. Departure time, not arrival time, is what is tracked and comes from Delta's website. The News has been tracking flights since March 2008.
