Coral Drive: A caller reported the landlord damaged property by using shrink wrap while doing flood repairs in the 1400 block at 10:09 a.m. Saturday. The parties came to an agreement.
Laguna Canyon Road: A caller reported a female pedestrian going in and out of traffic "acting like she is flying" in the 2900 block at 3:45 p.m. Friday. The caller describes the suspect as a white female in her 40s, talking to herself and wearing an oversized blue T-shirt and jeans.
Laguna Canyon Road: A caller reported bicycle riders drinking on private property at 2:22 p.m. Friday. The caller said the incident occurred March 13.
South Coast Highway: A caller reported trespassing in the 600 block at 7:05 a.m. Friday. The caller reported a white man in his 50s wearing a beige coat with a hood who refused to leave the lobby at the Holiday Inn.
Mountain View Drive: The caller reported someone put cones in front of the residence to keep cars from parking in the 2900 block at 10:37 a.m. Friday.
Ocean Avenue: A caller reported a hit-and-run in the 200 block at 12:40 p.m. Friday. The damaged vehicle was a beige Acura Integra.
Treetop Lane: A caller reported a couple of kids skateboarding on benches at Top of the World Elementary School in the 21600 block at 4:55 p.m. Friday.
Short Street: Police cited four vehicles for parking in the bike lane in the 600 block at 11:04 a.m. Saturday.
Manzanita Drive: A caller reported a male juvenile was changing his clothes near his car in a populated area with a lot of foot traffic in the 700 block at 8:52 a.m. Monday. The caller was a parent volunteer who didn't witness the incident.
Alta Vista Way: A woman reported vandalism in the 300 block at 10:28 a.m. Friday. The caller reported a screw in the tire of her white Honda. The caller suspects her ex-husband is retaliating due to a recent appellate court verdict.
Nyes Place: A woman reported petty theft in the 400 block at 12:19 p.m. Saturday. The woman said one purse and three wallets were taken from her friend's unlocked vehicle on March 9. One wallet contained a gift card which was used at a Laguna Beach store.
Bluebird Canyon Drive: A caller reported a hit-and-run in the 900 block at 11:18 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle was a white Ford Mustang. The mirror was knocked off.
Bluebird Canyon Drive: Vandalism was reported in the 600 block at 1:33 p.m. Sunday. The person said the vehicle was walked on and dented.
Catalina Avenue and Coast Highway: A caller reported a black BMW was hit while parked at 9:48 a.m. Friday.
Coast Highway: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 31100 block at 3:59 p.m. Saturday. The caller said items were taken from a guest's vehicle. The approximate loss is several thousand dollars.
