Community: Charity League plans Casino Night

The Burbank chapter of National Charity League will host a Casino Night on Saturday at the Castaway restaurant to benefit the Burbank Temporary Aid Center, Burbank Family Service Agency, Kid’s Community Dental Clinic of Burbank and BCR “a place to grow,” to name a few.

The night will feature dinner and dancing as well as card and table games. There will also be basket raffles and numerous silent-auction items. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased by emailing Burbank chapter President Kim Kaufman at kakauf1@aol.com.

For more than 50 years, the mothers and daughters of the Burbank chapter of National Charity League, Inc. have worked together to perform volunteer services as well as to provide goods and funds for local nonprofit agencies. The Burbank chapter accepts members from Burbank and surrounding areas.
