Indianapolis

Severe storms brought down several trees and limbs in parts of central Indiana.

No injuries were reported in the southwest side of town, but people Fox59 spoke with say it was still a scary situation.

The storm began Tuesday evening as a gust of wind.  However, the intensity grew, causing some damage to a large tree and several cars.

Many people were home at the Troy Manner Apartments off Perry Street when the storm rolled through the area.  One resident said the storm came in very quickly.

A tree fell on three parked cars at the complex, but luckily none of the damage was too severe.
