Many stores are offering big sales not seen since the shopping season began.
Retailers like Target, Toys R Us and Kohl's are offering deep discounts and incentives that shoppers say they haven't seen since Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
Shopper Natalie Dolson couldn’t help but notice the Toys R Us in Castleton was packed Friday afternoon.
"Lines are probably to the middle of the aisles. Return lines are already filling up. Tons of shoppers, so it's pretty busy," Dolson told Fox59.
Jeff Fleming, manager at Kohl's at Keystone Crossing, acknowledged that they have made the deals attractive to shoppers this weekend.
"The store's been busy all week and it's gonna be busy this weekend. We're excited for the customers to show up and we're ready to take care of them. We've got some great prices out there,” Fleming said.
“The best advantage for our customers right now is, in addition to the sale prices they're getting that extra percent off and if they are a Kohl's charge customer and then they're getting Kohl's cash on top of it," he said. "We're offering 50 to 60 percent off all of our outerwear and cold weather wear throughout the store."
Target in Castleton even has a name for its sale this weekend.
"This is our ‘finish your list’ sale. Electronics, toys, GPS devices, cameras (and) TVs are big items this year. We basically are featuring the things people are looking for," said Savanna Brumfield, manager of the Target in Castleton.
Shoppers who spokes with Fox59 said they expect to see even deeper discounts with one more shopping weekend left to go.
