A motorcyclist died early Tuesday morning following a crash on the city's near south side.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the accident happened shortly after 1 a.m. on Raymond Street, just east of Keystone Avenue.
The impact of the collision pushed the car into the yard of an adjacent apartment complex.
Saylor was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was wearing a helmet.
Police said speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
The driver of the vehicle was tested and released. Toxicology testing on Saylor will be performed by the coroner’s office.
A portion of Raymond Street was closed for approximately 3.5 hours.
