The last known person to have seen Indianapolis mother Cristina Centofante before her body was found dumped in a ditch near Shelbyville on Sunday, told Fox59 he did not know what happened to her.

"I was the first person she would always call in case something ever happened to her," said Kevin Graham, who is also Centofante's ex-boyfriend.

He said the last time he saw her was at his Indianapolis home late Friday night.

"We had gotten into an argument and I had told her to leave my house," said Graham.

He said Centofante told him an unnamed female friend from Shelbyville would pick her up and take her home.

"I saw the car come get her, but I didn't get a good look at the car. All I saw were headlights in my driveway," said Graham.

He believes that friend knows what happened to Centofante and said he hopes that woman will come forward with information.

"I just know that whoever dumped her, they're gonna get theirs," said Centofante's younger sister Rachele. "God's going to get them."

Rachele Centofante identified her sister's body on Tuesday. She said every time she looks at her sister's pictures, she hears her voice say "'Rachel, find out who was with me! Find out who was with me! Who left me in that ditch!'"

Graham said he wants answers for the family and for himself.

"We wanna find out who this person is and, you know, so we can get closure," said Graham.

The official cause of death won't be released until toxicology results are in.
