In this week's recrutiing roundup, the Terps add a wide receiver and make an impression on a big-time defensive end.

Football recruiting

-- Class of 2015 wide receiver target D.J. Moore committed Wednesday to Maryland.

-- Class of 2015 cornerback target Ashton White committed Tuesday to Notre Dame.

-- Class of 2015 quarterback target Kai Locksley (Gilman), son of Mike, reportedly has Maryland among his top three schools.

-- Class of 2015 linebacker target Wyatt Cook (McDonogh) committed Tuesday to Purdue.

-- Class of 2015 defensive end target Byron Cowart, who visited for Maryland's "Big Show" event last weekend, tweeted that the Terps will make his top five. Cowart, a five-star defensive end out of Seffner, Fla., according to 247Sports.com, reportedly also is considering Oregon, Florida, Alabama and Auburn. And, yes, his film is commensurate with his blue-chip status.

-- Class of 2015 wide receiver target George Campbell, a five-star wide receiver prospect also out of Florida, tweeted out a teasing picture featuring himself, Cowart, four-star running back Ray-Ray McCloud III, four-star wide receiver Ryan Davis and three-star wide receiver Auden Tate.

Basketball recruiting

-- Class of 2015 forward target Danjel Purifoy is still high high on the Terps.

-- Class of 2015 guard target Josh Reaves committed Tuesday to Penn State.
