Maryland picked up its fourth commitment of the 2014 class Thursday when Travyon Reed, a four-star center from Georgia, pledged to the Terps.

** Maryland guard commitments Melo Trimble and Dion Wiley will play this weekend in the Under Armour Elite 24 Game in Brooklyn, N.Y.  The game will be televised live on ESPNU at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

** Former Maryland center target Goodluck Okonoboh trimmed his list of schools to five this week.

Five-star New England power forward Goodluck Okonoboh announced on Twitter on Tuesday that he has trimmed his recruiting list to, alphabetical order, Duke, Florida, [Indiana], Ohio State and UNLV.

** Kaleb Joseph, a former Terps point guard target, committed last weekend to Syracuse.

"It's something I've always wanted to do," Joseph said of playing for Syracuse. "In the back of my mind it's always where I wanted to be. I've always been a Syracuse fan. It just felt right."
