The recruitment of Dwayne Morgan is coming to an end.
“How comfortable I am with being around the coaching staff is important because when I’m in college that’s who I’m going to be around the most,” Morgan, who said UNLV has been recruiting him the hardest, said. “My level of comfort with the coaching staff is going to be a big part of my decision. I’ve developed a really, really good relationship with UNLV and I have a good relationship with Maryland as well.”
** NY2LASports.com posted an update this week on Terps junior power forward target Abdul-Malik Abu.
Maryland: “It was a good experience. They have a beautiful campus. I’ve got a really good vibe from the campus and it looks like they’re really trying to rebuild, start a new tradition, and just win. So I’m very interested in Maryland.”
We’re fresh off a regional championship and on our way to Georgia’s Final Four this week, and it marks the last two weeks of my high school basketball career at North Gwinnett (Suwanee, Ga.). Thinking back, I have an immense amount of memories I can’t help but daydream about. I didn’t think I would be this nervous and sad about the season ending, but honestly a milestone in my life is almost complete. I wouldn’t have wanted to have my high school career end any other way.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
