Terps ruin Duke's senior night

<b>Feb. 29, 2001:</b> Maryland had gone 1-5 since losing to Duke at home, and seemed to be heading for another defeat before Juan Dixon led a second-half comeback that resulted in a 91-80 win for the 16th-ranked Terps over the still No.2 Blue Devils on senior night at Cameron Indoor Stadium.<br>

Dixon finished with 28 points and five steals and the Terps ended the game on a 41-20 run.<br>

"I can't say enough about our character," said Gary Williams, whose Terps won for the second straight year at Duke. "To go through what we went through in College Park, losing a game like we did, then to come down here and get the win, it's really big."<br>
