Starting rotation
It was a rare week when the starting rotation did not really step up in the way it has throughout the season. Six different Orioles pitchers made starts and not one of them recorded a victory, though Wei-Yin Chen (pictured) pitched very well against the Rays and both Miguel Gonzalez and Joe Saunders delivered quality starts. Overall, the rotation was a combined 0-2 with a 4.35 ERA. Not what we've come to expect, but the Orioles couldn't have won four of six games last week without those guys, who have been pulling big performances out of their hats all season.
