Obviously, the thing that everyone will remember about this past week was the major league debut of highly prized pitching prospect Kevin Gausman, but it was the return of Miguel Gonzalez (pictured) from the disabled list that helped stabilize the rotation and allow the Orioles to emerge from a six-game losing streak and take two of three from the Yankees. Gonzalez ended the losing streak Tuesday night and came back with a solid performance Sunday in Toronto. Chris Tilliman and Freddy Garcia also contributed to winning performances to help the O's right themselves against a pair of American League East rivals. The starters got through five innings in each of the seven games and allowed two earned runs or fewer in five of them. Overall, they were 3-1 with a 3.57 ERA.
