With the exception of the grand slam that Rule 5 guy T.J. McFarland (pictured) gave up to Miguel Cabrera on Saturday (and there are a lot of guys in the Miguel Cabrera home run club), the Orioles bullpen delivered a bounce-back week that offset the highly inconsistent performance of the starting rotation. Jim Johnson, in particular, came back after last Sunday's ninth-inning debacle and converted his three save opportunities without incident. Overall, the bullpen was 3-0 with a 3.43 ERA (21 innings pitched, 8 earned runs). Take away that one swing by Cabrera and the ERA for the combined rest of the week was 1.71.
