Peter Schmuck's Orioles midseason report card
The 2013 season is well past its mathematical halfway point, but that can't be helped. The All-Star break still is considered the traditional midpoint in the season, so you'll just have to multiply everybody's quantitative stats by a factor of 1.69 to project them over a full 162-game season. While you try to do that in your head, here's our Orioles midseason report card.

The kid looks so cool and calm all the time that we've already forgotten that he hasn¿t been in the majors for a year yet. Everybody knew he was a major talent, but who could have predicted that he would spend most of the first half on pace to set the single-season doubles record and right behind some guy named Miguel Cabrera for the major league hit lead.
