With 10 seasons of excellence apiece, Tillman and Briggs have similar jersey reliability credentials. Tillman gets the bump for two reasons. First, he's going to go down as the best cornerback in Bears history. Second, Briggs has been among the most popular Bears since 2005, so his jersey is in wider circulation than Tillman's. If you're looking to stand out, Tillman's the man.
