Ravens right guard Marshal Yanda, who was selected for this year’s Pro Bowl, was absent from the portion of Wednesday’s practice open to the media.
Yanda suffered a rib contusion in Saturday’s 24-10 win over the Cleveland Browns. Ravens coach John Harbaugh provided no updates on Yanda’s status.
Also missing from Wednesday’s practice were wide receiver Anquan Boldin (knee), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (concussion) and defensive end Arthur Jones (illness).
As expected, kicker Billy Cundiff (calf) returned to practice, as did defensive end Cory Redding (ankle) and cornerback Cary Williams (concussion). Cundiff and Redding did not play Saturday and Williams left the game in the second quarter after suffering what has been described as a “mild” concussion. Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
