Running back Bernard Pierce (left knee) and wide receiver Deonte Thompson (left ankle) are not practicing after getting hurt in the Ravens' preseason-opening, 44-16, victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday.
Pierce left Raymond James Stadium with a wrap on his knee while Thompson was wearing a soft boot on his left foot. Thompson's injury appears to be a bigger concern than Pierce at this point.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh may address their status following today's workout.
Defensive end Marcus Spears and linebacker Bryan Hall were also not practicing after playing on Thursday.
The rest of the sidelined Ravens today -- at least in the early portion of practice -- were tight ends Ed Dickson (right hamstring tear) and Dennis Pitta (dislocated hip), guard Marshal Yanda (shoulder), center Ryan Jensen (foot), linebacker Jameel McClain (spine) and defensive end Kapron Lewis-Moore (knee).
Meanwhile, wide receiver David Reed and defensive backs Omar Brown and Chris Johnson all returned to practice. They did not play on Thursday and they missed several practices earlier in the week.
