West, who had an impressive Pro Day on Monday at Johnny Unitas Stadium, rushed for 2,509 yards and scored 42 touchdowns last season to lead Towson to the Football Championship Subdivision national final.
He set school records with 4,585 career rushing yards and 86 touchdowns.
Towson cornerback Jordan Love is also scheduled to participate in the workout at the Ravens' training complex.
Love ran the 40-yard dash between 4.48 and 4.50 seconds at his Pro Day and also had a 36-inch vertical leap. He also had a 6.89 second three-cone drill and a 4.0 second short shuttle.
Love was suspended for violating NCAA rules heading into the national championship game against North Dakota State.
A transfer from Georgia, Love was an All-Colonial Athletic Association conference selection last season with 64 tackles and 10 pass deflections.
As a junior, he had 35 tackles and two interceptions.
Arkansas fullback Kiero Small is also on the Ravens' list of players with local ties who will work out for the team. The Baltimore native played his high school football at Cardinal Gibbons.
Small is 5 feet 8, 244-pounds and rushed for 151 yards and three touchdowns last season, also catching 19 passes for 128 yards.
Small was a junior college All-American at Hartnell Community College in California before transferring to Arkansas. He played linebacker and fullback.
Wake Forest wide receiver Michael Campanaro (River Hill) has also accepted an invitation to the Ravens' local workout.
The Ravens' local prospect day will also include Morgan State cornerback Joe Rankin.
