The contract of the much-maligned offensive coordinator is set to expire, and with former Oakland Raiders head coach Hue Jackson Flaccos position coach in 2008 and 2009 still unemployed, there is mounting speculation that he could replace Cameron. Flacco was close with Jackson, while its been well-documented that the quarterbacks relationship with Cameron has been strained at times. Cameron came under heavy criticism early in the season for not getting the ball Rice more often. However, Rice certainly became more and more involved later in the season, and Camerons offense moved up and down the field on the Patriots for the final three quarters Sunday. We're pretty young offensively and we have a lot of room to grow, said tight end Dennis Pitta who emerged in his second season as a reliable pass catcher. We love where we're at right now and we have a lot to build on this off-season. Still, the offenses relative inconsistency this season has Cameron on the hot seat. His status will undoubtedly be one of the first questions the organizations top decision makers will be asked when they meet the media for their annual State of the Ravens address.
