The Ravens are in the process of hiring Pitt wide receivers coach Bobby Engram for their receivers coach vacancy, according to two sources.
Engram is highly regarded for his teaching skills, according to a source.
Engram has one season of NFL coaching experience having worked for San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh as an offensive assistant during the 2011 season.
He was a three-time All-American at Penn State who has coached at Pitt for the last two seasons. He won the Fred Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top receiver.
The receivers coaching position became available last week when Jim Hostler left the Ravens to become the Buffalo Bills' senior offensive assistant.
The Ravens haven't announced Engram's pending hire, which was initially reported by coachingsearch.com.
With Engram's addition, the Ravens will have filled all of the openings on the coaching staff.
