Meanwhile, the Ravens reached an injury settlement with rookie offensive tackle Brett Van Sloten and removed him from injured reserve. The terms of his injury settlement weren't immediately known. Van Sloten had a sprained medial collateral ligament.
However, the Ravens reached a $58,765 injury settlement with former fullback Shaun Chapas that removed him from injured reserve. Chapas had a shoulder injury during the preseason.
