Rackley, a 6-foot-3, 310-pound offensive lineman, has started 25 of 26 career games for the Jaguars. The 2011 third-round pick from Lehigh was released in March.
Supernaw was with the Texans for three years, spending time on the practice squad and active roster. He played for offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak with the Texans.
