Sergio Kindle trying to remain patient as he awaits NFL debut

Sergio Kindle said Wednesday that he couldn't help but feel a little disappointed he wasn't activated for the Ravens Week 1 game against the Steelers, but only because he's so anxious to play again after missing all of last season with a skull fracture.   "I didn't ask for a reason," Kindle said. "I just have to keep working hard to prove myself."  Kindle's career as a Raven hasn't exactly gotten off to the strongest of starts, when you combine his skull fracture -- which happened before he even signed a contract -- with the fact that he was charged with driving while intoxicated. But he did show signs this preseason that he's capable of being a good player, nearly blocking a pair of kicks and effectively pressuring the passer. Kindle said when he thinks about where he was a year ago, uncertain he would ever play in the NFL, it's easy to not get too disappointed he didn't make his debut yet.  "I think you have to look at it that way," Kindle said. "I'm not worried."
