Ravens Pro Bowl running back Ray Rice returned to practice from a minor ankle injury that forced him out of practice early Monday.
Rice displayed right away that his ankle is fine as he ran onto the practice field today, hopping into the air to chest-bump defensive tackle Haloti Ngata.
Returning to practice after being granted a day off were veteran inside linebacker Daryl Smith and nose guard Terrence Cody.
Several players remain sidelined with injuries, including Pro Bowl offensive guard Marshal Yanda (rotator cuff surgery), inside linebacker Jameel McClain (spinal cord contusion), defensive end Kapron Lewis-Moore (anterior cruciate ligament), tight end Ed Dickson (torn hamstring), cornerback Chris Johnson (undisclosed) and safety Omar Brown (undisclosed).
