A look at the Ravens' free agents and the chances they'll be back
As the Ravens get ready for the start of the new league year, they are prepared to lose most of their current crop of unrestricted free agents. Starting Tuesday at 4 p.m., these 2013 Ravens are free to negotiate and sign with the other 31 teams in the league. Baltimore Sun reporter Jeff Zrebiec takes a glance at each one.

Eugene Monroe, left tackle( Algerina Perna, Baltimore Sun / October 13, 2013 )
Key 2013 stat: Five sacks allowed
Chances he's back: Decent
Skinny: The Ravens didn't acquire the former Jacksonville Jaguar for a couple of mid-round draft picks to lose him after one season. But things could be headed in that direction after the Ravens declined to use the franchise tag on him. There is mutual interest from both sides, but a couple of weeks of negotiations haven't resulted in a deal. Monroe is considered one of the top offensive tackles available and him hitting the market doesn't bode well for the Ravens, who aren't equipped to win a bidding war.
