Thursday, the Ravens All Community Team Foundation announced its Plan in Motion project has given close to $100,000 in grants to two dozen local nonprofit organizations.
The Plan in Motion Project, now in its sixth year, provides grants of up to $5,000 for programs that promote physical activity, health and nutritional education to children.
This year’s project awarded grants to a number of different programs, such as after school intramurals and interscholastic athletic programs for students with disabilities.
The organization helps to improve the health and activity of kids in Baltimore and throughout Maryland. The Ravens All Community Team Foundation raises more than $500,000 per year to nonprofit organizations in the area.
Plan in Motion awarded grants to the following organizations:

-Anne Arundel Medical Center (SPARK program)
-Athletes Serving Athletes, Inc.
-Baltimore County Public Schools Office of Athletics (Allied Sports program)
-Baltimore Curriculum Project
-Baltimore Fitness Academy (BMoreFit)
-Baltimore Montessori Public Charter School (Seed to Table program)
-Boys and Girls Clubs of Harford County
-Carroll County Public Schools (Project A.C.E.S. program)
-East Coast Majestic All-Stars
-Foundation for Community Partnerships
-Friends of Patterson Park
-Girls on the Run of the Greater Chesapeake
