I'm not even going to lie -- I was combing the stat sheet for something nice to say amid all the obvious negativity in Ravenstown. And I noticed that Ihedigbo finished third on the team with six tackles and also recovered a fumble.
I haven't written much about him this year, but Ihedigbo has been the one undisputed bright spot in the Ravens secondary. We know he's a strong hitter who excels in run support. That shows up in his tackle numbers.
But he was also the only Ravens cornerback or safety who entered Sunday with a positive grade in pass coverage, according to Pro Football Focus.
Though Ihedigbo will turn 30 in December, he had started only 15 NFL games coming into this season. His success is a pleasant story in a sea of less pleasant narratives.
