Season in review: Frequently asked to be a directional punter and angle punts toward the sideline, Koch had nine touchbacks and 27 downed inside opponents' 20-yard line. He had one punt blocked. A Pro Bowl alternate in 2010, Koch's longest punt was a 69-yarder against the Minnesota Vikings.
Stat that stands out: 54.7 -- Koch's franchise single-game record average on six punts during a 29-26 win over the Vikings.
Outlook for 2014 and beyond: Under contract through 2015 with base salaries of $2.2 million and $2.5 million over the next two seasons, Koch has been frequently mentioned as a potential salary-cap casualty. The Ravens can afford to keep Koch and the likelihood of him returning increased during the second half of the season when his numbers were much better and he struck the football more consistently.
