The Ravens' 26-13 loss to the Tennessee Titans Sunday caught a lot of observers by surprise. Count two member of NBC's Football Night in America among that group.
A week after being showered with praise for their 35=7 convincing victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Ravens can expect a heap of questions and criticism -- beginning with comments from former New England Patriots safety Rodney Harrison.
"I didn't expect a veteran team like Baltimore to come out and have that emotional and mental letdown," Harrison said. "They didn't create any sacks on defense, just played absolutely soft."
Former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy said the offensive line wilted under the pressure of the Titans' 4-3 alignment.
"Their offensive line really got dominated," Dungy said. "They handled Pittsburgh, but up front, this was a different type of defense. Tennessee has athletic defensive linemen and they chased [quarterback] Joe Flacco around all day."Copyright © 2014, The Baltimore Sun
