During the second quarter of the Ravens' 44-13 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night, running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis scored a touchdown just before halftime.

On the 6-yard run, Green-Ellis powered into the end zone behind left offensive guard Clint Boling's block.

However, a photograph from Baltimore Sun photographer Gene Sweeney Jr., clearly displays that The Law Firm's left elbow and forearm are down on the ground before he broke the plane of the goal line with his right hand.

Like all touchdowns, the score was confirmed in the press box by an NFL officiating supervisor.

Regardless of whether Green-Ellis got across the goal line before he was down, though, the run would have given the Bengals a first down with roughly 27 seconds to play and two remaining timeouts.

The touchdown closed the Ravens' lead to 17-10 heading into halftime.

The Ravens put the game away in the second half, outscoring the Bengals 27-3.
