Ravens starting outside linebacker Paul Kruger has been scratched for today's game after his back didn't respond fast enough to treatment.
Kruger was listed as questionable and rookie outside linebacker Courtney Upshaw is expected to make his first NFL start today against the Philadelphia Eagles after recording four tackles and splitting a sack with Pernell McPhee against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Kruger ran very stiffly during Friday's practice. All along, he was expected to be a game-time decision.
