The Ravens have scratched starting left offensive guard Jah Reid for today's AFC wild-card playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts because of a toe injury that prevented him from doing much at practice all week.
He was listed as questionable on the injury report and just wasn't moving well enough to be a viable starter against a quick front seven.
The Ravens' primary options are to either insert veteran Bobbie Williams at left guard or trigger a line shuffle with Bryant McKinnie entering the lineup at left tackle, moving Michael Oher to right tackle and having rookie right tackle Kelechi Osemele shift to left guard.
The easiest option would be to have Williams start, but he struggled against the Cincinnati Bengals a week ago.
During pregame warmups, McKinnie has been lined up with the first-team offense at left tackle with Osemele shifting inside to left guard and Oher at right tackle.
Meanwhile, the Ravens also deactivated offensive lineman Ramon Harewood, wide receiver Deonte Thompson, outside linebacker Adrian Hamilton, defensive tackle Bryan Hall, safety Omar Brown and cornerback Chris Johnson.
